Sharing your stay?

If you’re attending the EBHC Conference with a colleague, you can share a room and both receive a € 200,00 discount on the All-Inclusive Fee! Simply register yourself with the discounted rate and then enroll your colleague using this form.

If you’re bringing a companion who won’t attend the Conference sessions you can use this form too maintaining your discount of € 200,00: your guest will share your accommodation and enjoy the full hospitality package just like you paying the related amount of € 1.400,00 including meals, social events, and leisure activities.

Prefer to stay in Taormina’s old town? The Only Conference option includes full access to the EBHC Conference and all scientific sessions and workshops, plus the welcome cocktail, three lunches (Oct 22^nd, 23^rd and 24^th), and coffee breaks. Accommodation, airport transfers, and transport to and from the conference venue are not included.

Joining the EBHC adventure as a companion to a registered delegate? You’ll share the accommodation and enjoy the full hospitality package — including meals, social events, leisure activities, and unlimited access to Hotel Caparena’s facilities — all for an additional fee of € 1.400,00.

While your travel partner attends the Conference, you will be free to relax or explore the island by yourself or with guided excursions organized by our trusted partner, SAT Travel Agency.
