ONLY CONFERENCE FEE
Would you prefer a different accommodation into the old town? Choose the only conference fee but remember that the Conference venue is in “Taormina mare” and you will have to independently organize your transfers to and from Hotel Caparena, as well as to and from Catania airport.
The only conference option is limited to 60 delegates.
Up to 31st May 2026 confirmed registrations will be charged the special rate of € 1.400,00 instead of € 1.800,00. Don’t miss this opportunity!

Only conference individual registration fee does NOT include:
- accommodation: to choose where to stay, we suggest you to visit Go Taormina
Please be advised that the venue of the Conference is not located in Taormina centre, but on the coast: it takes 10-15 minutes by car to reach Caparena Hotel from the city centre and viceversa - gala dinner (optional: to be paid separately)
- transfers from and to Catania airport (Taormina is distant almost 70 km from the airport and the journey by car can take up to one hour)
- transfers from and to the Conference venue
Accompanying persons
No rates and no services for accompanying persons of delegates who choose this fee option.

*Rates include single room supplement. For delegates sharing their room with another delegate or an accompanying person the registration fee has a further reduction of € 200,00. The fee for accompanying persons is € 1.400,00.
§Low and lower-middle income countries eligible: full list available here. We consider as provenience the country in which the delegate lives, works and earns the salary. In order to take advantage of the reduction the delegate needs to fill in the full fee registration form and then email 2026@ebhc.org attaching the residence/work certificate which proves the origin from a low and lower-middle income country: after receiving all documents the Secretariat will send a confirmation email with the correct link for reduced payment.
