Registration fee must be paid either by credit card or by wire transfer / International Bank Money Transfer

Please include your surname in the wire transfer comments / recipient remarks.
Please accommodate for your bank fees in the transferred amount, so that the received amount at the EBHC Conference account is the exact conference fees, not less the bank fees.

3. Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations must be notified by fax (+39 051 0510427) to the Organizing Secretariat. 

Online only: no refund.
All-inclusive and only conference: A all refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Refunds for cancellations: 

No refunds are due to late arrivals or early departures.
For delegates replacements a handling fee of € 150,00 will be charged, regardless of the registration fee paid and the moment in which the replacement is claimed.

4. Travel documents and visa applications

Citizens of the European Union and some other European countries may enter Italy with an identity card.

For many countries, including the United States, a valid passport is sufficient. Citizens of other countries, however, may have to apply for a visa and should therefore contact an Italian Consulate or travel agencies in their home country for further information. Please note that it can take up several weeks to process a visa application, so early application is recommended. The Conference Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy will apply.

Please note that GIMBE Foundation will release invitation letters for visa applications only for delegates who have registered and paid the registration fees in full.

5. Certificate of attendance

Registered participants will receive an attendance certificate at the end of the Conference.

6. Services for guests with disabilities

Hotel Caparena is fully accessible to guests with mobility disabilities, with the exception of the beach and the beach restaurant, where the welcome buffet, lunch buffets, and gala dinner will be set up. For guests who request it, lunch can be arranged in the main restaurant.

7. Personal data

Pursuant to section 13 of Italian legislative decree n° 196/2003, all personal data and multimedia materials collected by GIMBE Foundation will be carried out with the help of manual, IT and online tools and will remain closely connected to the following purposes: GIMBE Foundation scientific and institutional disclosure according to its aims; management of EBHC International Conference.
According to section 7 of the above mentioned law, the subjects to whom the personal data refers may exercise their rights at any moment (update, change, integration, cancellation, opposition, etc..).

8. Disputes

The court of Bologna (Italy) will have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
